Governor Training
Our governor training sessions are designed to equip governors with the knowledge and skills they need to effectively fulfil their roles. Delivered either face-to-face or live online, these 2-hour sessions are ideal for individual schools, clusters, or multi-academy trusts (MATs).

Developing Instructional Coaching
This series of three Time2 Train sessions for school leaders and middle leaders focuses on defining instructional coaching; exploring the research; establishing a coaching culture; training coaches; implementing coaching; and evaluating impact over time.
How to give Effective Feedback
This two-hour Time2 Train session is designed for subject leaders and newly appointed senior leaders, or those who are experienced but wish to refresh their skills. It focuses on how to plan and deliver effective feedback to colleagues after carrying out learning walks, book scrutiny, or pupil voice monitoring.
