Who We Are
ECM Education is a well-respected and long-standing school improvement and educational training company, established in September 2010.
The three directors, John Evans, Phil Choi, and Mark Mullin (ECM), and their team of over 60 Associate Consultants have extensive experience in education collectively as head teachers, school improvement partners, local authority advisors, Ofsted inspectors, former HMI, NLEs, and SLEs.
ECM Education has the privilege of working alongside school leaders and staff in over 600 schools and MATs, offering a wide range of bespoke guidance, support, coaching, and training opportunities through our School Improvement Partner (SIP) role. Our School Improvement Partners work with leaders to identify the school’s needs and implement strategies to improve school effectiveness and pupil outcomes, using our unique ‘Get a Job Done’ approach.
We understand and appreciate the challenges and demands on headteachers and senior leaders in schools and MATs, and as such, we have also devised a wide range of training and support materials that meet the needs of busy leaders, as well as giving excellent value for money.
It is our core purpose, in all of our work, to support leaders in their ambitions to secure the very best outcomes for pupils, whilst at the same time helping them to maintain an appropriate and positive work–life balance.
